The Royal Mail continues to produce great, creative postage stamp designs, with these two new collections: Pink Floyd album cover designs by Studio Dempsey and Animail stamps by Osbourne Ross. New? Paris Tourist Office logotype

What to make of the new identity, just launched, for the Paris Tourist Office?... The much over used Eiffel Tower image - over 100 years old now - does tend to be a well-worn, retro and often kitsch symbol that has been flogged to death. But the simplicity of Graphéine's typographic logotype is its saving grace.

The French government is testing new nutritional information graphics for food packaging. Four proposals are under review (top). The UK (bottom) & USA (right) current designs are very clear. The UK one is being tested. Seems a lot simpler than the new proposals...
